Which locations do you cover?
We generally cover the North-West of England and North Wales, however we are happy to travel further afield if required.
Can you fit equipment that I supply?
We can install customer supplied equipment in some circumstances, however it should be noted that equipment not supplied by the company will not be covered under any form of warranty by us.
Can you service and maintain a system that you did not install?
Yes we can, we are well versed in many makes and models of security systems, so we're happy to service any system.
Can I have an alarm system if I have a pet?
Absolutely! Using a combination of pet-friendly detectors and simple arming methods you can arm your security system whilst giving your 4-legged friends the run of the house.
Why is my alarm going off randomly?
There could be various factors as to why your alarm would be going off at odd times, for example if the alarm is overdue a service and if the batteries need replacing.
It is common for insects, cobwebs and dust to collect around the sensors which could be triggering your alarm, so we advise customers to carefully dust around motion sensors regularly. We experience very few true false alarms with our systems, and our skilled engineers are adept at fault-finding.
What is a 'monitored system'?
When you have a monitored system, your alarm or CCTV system sends outbound signals to our alarm and video receiving centre relating to any activations or faults. The signals are processed by people on duty 24/7 who will respond to it either by calling you or by reaching out to authorities.
