This property was part of a large development in Knutsford, and the purchaser chose to use KHG over the builder's own installer, to ensure they got the very best.

After a thorough survey we chose a Risco Lightsys+ hybrid system, allowing us to install a hard-wired keypad and hard-wired siren for ultimate reliability, whilst using wireless detectors to keep disturbance to a minimum and reduce labour times and cost.

As the property was already complete, with carpets laid and decorating finished we used our extensive skillset and decades of experience to hide the cables that we did need to run in, meaning that the new owners of this lovely property could benefit from a highly visible backlit siren, and the speed and reliability of a hard-wired keypad for system operation.

With Wi-Fi connection to their broadband router, they're also able to control the system using their smartphones and receive alerts if the system activates or encounters any issues.
